Employment Class to Return to Work (DOT)

Course Requirements: Referred by a SAP Counselor for Drug & Alcohol Education due to a failed drug or alcohol test on the job.  

A Department of Transporation Substance Abuse Education Return to Work Program is a process for helping individuals who have failed a DOT test return to safety-sensitive work positions in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. This Program involves DOT SAP Evaluation.

$150 for  8-Hour Course

$180 fOR 12-Hour COURSE

$250 for 15-Hour Course
