Refund Policy Statement

ACE Alcohol & Chemical Education LLC distinguishes between client cancellations, no-shows, and company-initiated class cancellations.

- Client cancellations: Clients may cancel their registration and request a refund up to one week before the scheduled class begins. Cancellations made less than one week before the class are not eligible for a refund.

- No-shows: Payments are nonrefundable when a client does not attend the scheduled class and did not cancel at least one week in advance. Once payment is made, a seat is reserved for the client, and class access information is sent to the email address provided during registration.

- Company-initiated cancellations: Clients are eligible for a refund if ACE Alcohol & Chemical Education LLC cancels the scheduled class.

If a client experiences a transaction problem or believes a payment was unauthorized, the client should contact ACE Alcohol & Chemical Education LLC promptly, preferably before the scheduled class.
